Trick or Treat

Trick or Treating with Avery and Luke at Mafia Man's house. This guy buys thousands of dollars worth of candy and everyone lines up to get their bags filled. We stood in line for like an hour and a half. It stunk cause it poured down rain for the first 45 min or so.

Mexican Jumping Beans

Our friends just got back from a cruise to Mexico and brought the kids back these Mexican jumping beans. These are so cool. We decided that we were going to have a race and see who's bean would cross the finish line first. It was close between Sandon and Piper's but Sandon's bean won!!! Good times.

Sandon and Avery were playing dress up and came downstairs looking like this. They thought it would be fun to include Piper.

Pumpkin Patch

Raleigh's preschool class had a field trip to a near by farmer's market pumpkin patch. I tried to get the girls picture in between her class fun.

Guess who's 6 months old?

Piper is officially six months old today, so I thought i'd take her exact 1/2 year birthday picture.

Eating solids

Can you tell if Piper is happy to be eating baby food now?? She loves her baby cereal and butternut squash. My parents were here in September and brought squash from their garden and we steamed it up and made baby food out of it. She absolutely loves it. I gave her apple juice the other day and she didn't like it. I guess I will stick with the veggies and wait on the fruit since she likes it so much! Of course Raleigh has to feed her being the mother hen that she is.

Missing Teeth

Sandon lost 2 teeth in 2 days. He has lost a grand total of 5 teeth. He is growing up way too fast and at this rate he won't have any teeth left to chew his food. Don't you love how the new teeth that come in have little round ridges at the top!

Saturdays

We are still having such beautiful weather here in Utah....Late Indian summers....We took a family walk down to the park to let the kids play and ran a bunch of errands since it was Saturday. The kids got the movie "How to train your Dragon" so it was appropriate that while we were out running errands they had a big picture of the Dragon to put your face in. Good times ;)

5 more days...

5 more days until my sweet little baby girl is gonna be the BIG 6 MONTHS OLD!!! Where did the time go, I can't believe it's been a half of a year that this precious little sweetheart has been in our lives. As hard as it is having an infant, when they smile everything that is hard and tasking is sooo worth it :)

Everyone that knows me well knows I love skulls, so when I ran across this shirt I had to buy it for Piper.
