Kids Safety Fair

We went to a Kids Safety Fair this last weekend and they had some really neat stuff there for kids. All kinds of police cars, ambulances, fire engines and trucks for the kids to all check out and tour. I think that this was the kids favorite below in the picture. I didn't know they made helicopters this small!!

Ballerina/bunny

So Raleigh is getting into this ballerina dress up stuff now. I asked her to go put her princess crown on and this is what she came down with. The ballerina dress up can stick but I'm hoping the bunny ears will go away soon if you know what I mean :) lol

Valentines Day

I know these are like 2 weeks old but I've been busy and I suck at keeping up my blog. Sorry! We had a great Valentines day. The kids got big Hershey Kisses from Mom and Dad and we all exchanged Valentine cards that we made for each other. I got these beautiful roses from my Valentine. Thanks babe!!!

Sandon got his tonsils out!!!!

Sandon had his tonsils out on Tuesday February 1o. He is doing really well considering all that can happen. He hasn't thrown up, bled, or cried too much. The first day was the hardest because of the anesthesia that makes kids groggy and whiny. He was up the next day playing video games. He was really a good boy!!! The nurses kept coming up to me in the recovery room and telling me how cute he was and how he was telling them all about mario and his video games. (he was wearing his new mario pajamas)

He wasn't too happy when he woke up from the anesthesia.

He kept holding his breath from the pain and his oxygen saturation monitor kept beeping and his oxygen levels would drop so here is a picture of him with the oxygen mask in front oh his mouth.

Here is sandon's IV stuck in his foot and wrapped in red. He didn't like it so much when he woke up and could feel something on his foot.

Doug at Sundance

Doug drove for Sundance film festival again this year, and was responsible for driving around T.I (the rapper) and all of his crew. Doug got to go to the concert and see him perform along with some other celebrities like Jewish reggae musician Matisyahu who Doug drove around last year. Matisyahu remembered Doug from last year and got him and some friends into a couple of clubs. Pretty cool huh!!

Guess Who Is Potty Trained???

I decided 2 weeks ago it was time to potty train Raleigh....She would always go #2 on the potty so why not let her do both. 2 weeks ago while going to the bathroom she didn't want to put a diaper back on so I got out some panties for her and she hasn't worn a diaper since. She has only had 1 accident since (my fault for not helping her get her jeans down in time). It's nice not to have to change diapers. My princess is growing up!! I thought it would be awhile longer since Sandon didn't potty train till right after his 3rd Birthday, but I will take 2 1/2 anyday over 6 more months of diapers.

Christmas Morning

We had a wonderful Christmas this year and hope that every one else did as well. I love the Christmas holiday and all the family traditions that go along with it, plus my first born shares the same birthday as our savior. It doesn't get better than that.
