Trip to Washington

Here are a ton of photos taken on our trip in Washington. There are pictures at Point Defiance Zoo and Aquarium and riding a Camel, The water front in Tacoma, The Port of Tacoma where Grandpa Curt works, Hot tubing, etc. We had such a good time.

Trip to Westport Washington

We headed out early morning to Westport with my parents and my sister in law and her kids. The guys were out fishing so we went to Half Moon Bay and let the kids play at the beach all day until the guys came in from fishing. My kids had never been to the actual ocean, and they had a great time playing in the sand looking for shells, flying kites, and feeding the ever annoying seagulls. I forgot that for days and days after going to the ocean you are forever cleaning sand out of kids ears, nails, etc etc.

Poor Piper was wrapped up the whole time to stay out of the wind and sun.

Raleigh and Cache

Grandpa helped the kids get their kites up in the air. We got the kids .25 cent kites to fly but couldn't get our nice $40 kite in the air for the life of us. Oh well, the kids had a blast with the cheap ones anyway.

The annoying seagulls...they would not leave us alone thinking that if they waited around long enough they'd some how get some food.....and of course they did when the kids thought it was fun to throw fish crackers at them

Sprinklers of Fun

While we were in Seattle staying at my parents house, the kids would ask Grandpa daily if they could go and water the garden with him so they could play in the sprinklers. They had so much fun and kept turning the water on and off and tricking each other.

Grandma Keiko's Restaurant

We always go and visit Grandma Keiko at her Restaurant in Tacoma while she is working when we are in town and visit with everyone and of course we have to eat....such good food!!!

The kids were all playing on the floor so I thought I'd get a picture of all of their faces together. It was fun until Piper got tired of it.
