Piper's First Tooth

My sweet baby finally had a tooth appear. She's 9 1/2 months and breaking her first tooth. For awhile there we wondered if she had any. It brought a tear to my eye realizing how big she is getting and knowing she is probably my last baby. As sad as it is to see her become less of an infant and more mobile like a toddler, she is so much fun and seeing her learn is always amazing.

Daily Life

It seems like the last 6 weeks have flown by and I can't tell you where they went. We are busy with school, dr. appts, dentists, work and just the routine of daily life and caring for a baby. I need to be better with my posting and taking more photos. I have totally slacked this last month. All these photos were taken by the kids...NOT BY ME!

Sandon's Crazy Hair Day

Every school year Sandon's Elementary school does a "raising pennies for Kenya" week where each day of the week has a different theme and each day is assigned a coin to bring to school to donate. This was Crazy hair day and Sandon wanted to spray his hair blue. He looks good with blue hair. I had to help out at school on this day doing birthdays for the kids and just about every child had something silly done with their hair....I wish we did this when I was a kid!

Sandon had hoped in the shower after school to rinse out his hair. He did great in the front but this was what the back looked like. He had to jump right back in and shampoo it a couple more times to get it all out.

Tasty Bake Oven with the Sitter

Our awesome babysitter Amy, was brave enough to get out the tasty bake oven for the first time since Ral got it for Christmas and make a cake for the kids. She couldn't find the mixes it came with so she used a real cake mix. WOW! Brave.

When we are in the kitchen we are always listening to music and Ral loves loves loves Taylor Swift.

Piper's Gifts

Thank you Grandma and Grandpa for the gift certificate to babies R Us. Piper got new bottles, binky holder, and she picked a new Sing-a-ma-jig bear. If you haven't seen these little ugly toys they are awesome. Their mouths open and sing. Piper loves these and laughs every time you squeeze their tummies.

Krazy Outfit Day @ Preschool

Raleigh's Preschool had a "Krazy" outfit day and hair day, and this was what she picked out to wear to school. She did a pretty dang good job of not matching!
