So to get to Seattle we have to go over 3 large mountain passes. This is Snoqualmie pass in Washington on our way home. It was like this the whole way through. Of course I was freaked out....the kids were oblivious to it and Doug was calm. As we were coming out of it we saw 10 cars that had slid off the road coming the other direction. We felt very blessed to have gotten out safely!

i hate driving when its like this! when we went to Denver right before christmas it took 7 hours! (it normally takes less than 4!)
